What are the NEO 2 products?
I have noticed that the VP5300 seems to reset/reboot every 24-hours. Can you confirm this and is there a way to control the time of day when this takes place, so that it can be aligned with the customer's business needs?
Yes, 24 hour reset a PCI requirement. All NEO 2.0 PCI devices have this feature. Customers can use 25-07 to set 24 hour reset timing.
