I have a custom SecureMag, model IDRE-335133BR and it is not working on Windows 10.

This product can work with Windows 10 using a secure tool called Devcon.  This lets accounts with administrator privileges make changes to Windows on the driver level. This sample command line sequence, along with the Devcon package, allows this reader resolve its driver for one installation.

  • Be sure to run the setup from the service folder and restart the system before starting the service.
