Information for MINDBODY users

MINDBODY uses ID TECH's UniMag II Audio Jack Reader for mobile payment. For desktop, MINDBODY uses a MagTek product. ID TECH does NOT directly support MINDBODY's Mobile application. We do support our reader. If you are having trouble getting the mobile reader to work on your host device (phone or tablet) in the MINDBODY application, we can help (to a degree). We will ask that you test it in our Demo app (available in the app store. Android and iOS). If it does not work in our demo app we will help. Once it is working in our demo app, MINDBODY is responsible to get it working in their application.
