When I contact your support for help troubleshoot the SpectrumPro reader, I was asked to provide the poll card reader response.  How do it do it?


Step-by-step guide

  1. With the reader connected to a USB port on the PC, launch the uDemo which can be downloaded from the uDemo (USDK_DEMO) - Home
  2. Follow the numbered steps in the screenshot below to get the response from the Results window and email it to us or the person asking for that info
