How to change the masked data presentation on a VP5300 (or other NEO device)? pre-PAN, post-PAN and mask character

Use DFEE1D tag to control the way that masked data is presented.

for example:

DFEE1D0506042A0C31 will set the pre-PAN clear to 6 digits and post-PAN Clear to 4 digits
