How to Enable Escape Command for TM3 USB CCID driver
If you will need to use some of the reader specific features of the USB/CCID interface Spectrum III Hybrid Insert reader, such as reading a magnetic stripe card, using the Latch function or sending a configuration or review setting command, we recommend you to use the IDTECH USB/CCID driver installation package which will enable the Escape command once the reader is being recognized by Windows with the Windows USB/CCID driver loaded automatically. In case this process failed on a Win 7 or XP machine, you can follow the instruction provided here by the attached document to get it done manually.
