How to Set and Update the Device Clock

ID TECH NEO 2 readers have an internal clock set to UTC and a configurable transaction time set in Tags 9A and 9F21. These tags are usually passed as part of a transaction command and must be passed together. 

Note that if Tags 9A and 9F21 are not passed together, the reader uses UTC time.
