Answer:

SREDKey and SREDKey 2 readers use different key injection protocols. SREDKey 2 readers use the NGA key injection protocol:  ID TECH NGA Protocol Key Loading Instruction for SKI9000 v6.x_rev 52.doc

Additionally, you need: 

  1. LCL-KEK information for SREDKey 2 

  2. Use converter box PN: ID-80000001-007 rev E or above

  3. Use baud rate setting: 9600, 8, N
