Q: Can I review all my cases even after they have been closed?
Yes; after you log in, look in the upper right corner for Requests. Click it, then choose All Requests. You may want to change the filter from Open Requests to Any Status.
Q: I don't remember my login. Can you help?
Click the Forgot your password? link, then provide your username (it should be your email address) to receive an email with instructions.
Q: I don't know which email address I used. Can you Help?
Send an email to support@idtechproducts.com. Let us know your name or possible emails and we can look up your account's username.

The user name should be your email address. If you're still unable to log in, send an email to support@idtechproducts.com. Let us know your name or possible emails and we can look up your account's username.
Q: Can I reopen an issue that was previously closed?
After you log in, look in the upper right corner for Requests. Click it, then choose All Requests. You may want to change the filter from Open Requests to Any Status. Select the issue you would like to re-open and select the "Reopen Issue" link.
