Detecting Card Insertion with a MiniSmart II

A MiniSmart II can notify the application or user that a card has been inserted. To receive this notification, you must send a Get ICC Reader Status command. After issuing that command, the reader sends "ICC card seated" and "ICC card not seated" with each event.
