I have a custom SecureMag, model IDRE-335133BR and it is not working on Windows 10.

 

This product can work with Windows 10 using a secure tool called Devcon.  This lets accounts with administrator privileges make changes to Windows on the driver-level.

 

This sample command line sequence, along with the Devcon package, will let this reader resolve its driver for one installation.

This package provides an active service that facilitates driver-function whenever this device is installed.

IDTECH_HID_MSR_PosToHIDDriver_Tool.zip

Be sure to run the setup from the service folder and restart the system before starting the service.
