Limitation of 90-07 & 12-00

After discussion w/ Kevin Vo. There are two suspected points leading to crash FW,

Observed in TS173 V1.00.008-C03 & VP5300 FW Build:0178.S.

1.RS232 & USB-HID concurrent communication may cause the crash problem since FW weak communication architecture.

2.90-07 & 12-00 are creation/destruction task commands. May need some delay time after that.

CFG Folder Application.

PartNumber\IDVV-??????-???\QC(TM)\CFG Usage

1.Move to "CFG" folder (or created one manually)

2.Make up text-base .cfg type contains one+ Tx/Rx IDG Command Packet(s) after All Test Items are done.

This process executes after 04-09 (Reset to default) commands.
