        The 3rd's KSN Doesn't Match the prefix part of the 1st.

       1st unit: No DEK installed.
      ==> TS reports it to the operator in log window first time.
       2nd unit: DEK found, KSN = 605909E006....
      ==> TS Reports error since 
        The 2nd has DEK installed but not allowed, opposite to the 1st.
