BluScan IDBA-4243LRB: Removing the Enter at the End of Data Output

Q; How can I remove the Enter at the end data output from the Blue Scan IDBA-4243LRB so it won't skip a line in my app?

A: By default, the scanner appends Enter as a suffix to the end of the bar code data. If you don't need to use Enter, disable the suffix by scanning the following setup bar codes in sequence in the user manual:

  1. Scan Program on page 119.

  2. Scan Suffix Characters on page 119.

  3. Scan 0 0 and Finish on page 134 (or inside of the back cover).

  4. Scan Exit on page 119.
