How to re-initialize the MSR key after the VP5300 firmware upgrading?

When the VP5300 firmware is being upgraded from an very old version (e.g.  v1.00.018.0131.S) to the latest version, you may find the MSR quit working. You'd need to re-initialized the MSR key by sending the "04-21" command with data "06" before testing the MSR function. See screenshot below for detailed steps:
