ID TECH devices require two steps to use TransArmor: loading a TransArmor certificate and setting the TransArmor ID:

  1. Load the TransArmor ID with the Load Certificate for TransArmor Encryption command.
  2. Set the device's TransArmor ID with the Set TransArmor TID command.

Note that the TransArmor certificate must be in DER format when sent to the reader.
