THE UNIMAG DEMO DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY SHUTTLE/UNIMAG II READER WHILE IT IS PLUGGED IN

First, check Shuttle (ID-80110010-XXX) - Home to make sure:

  1. your mobile device is listed in the Shuttle Compatibility list.
  2. If it is, simply reload the latest configuration file on the UniMag Demo application. If not, skip to the TO RUN AUTO-CONFIG FEATURE section below:

TO RELOAD THE LATEST CONFIGURATION (XML) FILE

  1. Upload the latest configuration file onto your mobile device by
    1. transferring the file from your computer to your mobile device through USB cable

      1. for more information, please see https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/2840804?hl=en

    2. OR emailing yourself the file and retrieving it from your mobile email client

  2. Open UniMag Demo and select Settings from the menu interface
    1. Note: you may need to press and hold one of the panel buttons beside the home button to reveal the menu          

3. Select Reload XML and navigate through folders to select the uploaded configuration (XML) file


TO RUN AUTO-CONFIG FEATURE

  1. Open UniMag Demo and select Settings from the menu interface
    1. Note: if you don't see a ':' icon with a third dot anywhere on the main screen, you may need to press and hold one of the panel buttons beside the home button to reveal the menu          

3. Select Start AutoConfig and wait for process completion.
