For Example:
Admin Key KSN defintion of BOM : 629949B100
Admin Key KSN of DUT:            622949B143
  where the last 2 digits are defined by LID = 4 and PID = 3 from the MFG Test PC.

During Admin Key Database Installation, there are  LID  & PID Input request that will
conduct the ninth and tenth hex chars appending to the first 8 hex chars of Admin Key KSN.

The Old TS ahead of the 2020 End always uses “00” instead of LID + PID. 
The New TS uses the combination first 8 hex chars(ex : 629949B1) with the installed LID+PID settings (ex:4+3)

Root-cause:
Since MFG Allie reported that there might be a slow admin key injection problem after writing massive KSN records into the test PC database
, she asked software team using LID & PID to make the KSN injection value more flexible.

  The use of LID and PID in the last two digits of CID is mainly to avoid duplication of KSN and maintain the uniqueness of KSN.
