B.Setup “IDT VP3300 USB Reader” to meet requirement.

Steps

#1.Inject LCL-KEK by using TS, Passed TM/Production mode Done.

#2.Inject Product DEK by HSM, TG3 Room. Or Inject Demo DEK by TS/RKIPKI System.

#3.Inject Json, using ViVOConfig.

C. Inject Json File

#1.Using ViVOConfig MFG Tool, Mode = Production Mode, to Load Json File.

*Note: Using UNI default path to retrieve specific json file.

#2. Using this MFG Tool QC Mode to check Json-In Reader Configuration Result after Passed or Warning Message are found.

Save Log Result as Tool.QC.Result.Log.A

D. Create UpdateIDT QC Mode Log File.

#1. put B into C’s sub folder “UpdateIDT\Configuration, see U2 of Fig B.

#2. Edit Json-Verifying Purpose Batch File, i.e. VP3300USB_Test_ViVOConfig_Verify-USBHID.bat, See Fig A Right Side.

Give correct json file name in the content of the batch file. See U5 of Fig B. Here is CFG-SHIFC01-06-2.json.

#3. Execute the batch file, U5.

#4. Get Log File from U3, Rename it to ext log file , CFG-SHIFC01-06-2_Verify_Std.log. as - U6

E. Put json file + Verify_Std.log into TS sub folder

• Here is the Part(Model) Number Example = ID-80149009-001

• Put both files into the subfolder,i.e. PartNumber\ ID-80149009-001\QC\CFG

F. Run TS’s QC Mode and Final Check Result of Correctness in Json settings.

• Run QC Mode Passed and Until End Processing w/ Json Check (if TS found Json & Log File' dual-existance)

Note. TS gets UpdateIDT QC Mode Result TS.QC.Result.Log.A, compare it with CFG-SHIFC01-06-2_Verify_Std.log w/o error/fail Keywords = passed. I.E. TS.QC.Result.Log.A = CFG-SHIFC01-06-2_Verify_Std.log

• Run ViVOConfig MFG QC Mode to check the DUT again and get log Tool.QC.Result.Log.B.
