Does the VP5300 support the MasterCard Relay Resistance Protocol? If so, how to activate it?

Some of the MasterCard test cases require the Relay Resistance Protocol to be active. If the VP5300 supports this feature, how can it be activated and configured?

The RRP (Relay Resistance Protocol) is supported by VP5300.  To activate it, send the 04 03 command with the data below:
