You can first send the C7-37 command to get the Data Encryption Enable flag (see steps in the screenshot below):

And then refer to the NEO IDG excerpt below for the definition of the response byte to be able to tell whether the MSR/MSD, CT, and CTLS encryption is enabled

For example, the "02" in the Results window above shows bit 1 is on "1" which means the MSR/MSD Data Encryption is enabled, and bit 0 is "0" which means the CT/CTLS is disabled
