I have installed the UniMag Demo v5.0 application, but it doesn't recognize my ID TECH Shuttle (UniMag II) reader when I plug it in.
First, check Shuttle (ID-80110010-XXX) - Home to make sure:
- your mobile device is listed in the Shuttle Compatibility list.
- If it is, simply reload the latest configuration file on the UniMag Demo v5.0 Demo application.
How do I reload the latest config xml file on the UniMag Demo v5.0 Demo application?
- Step 1: First, you'll need to upload the latest configuration file onto your mobile device before using the UniMag Demo v5.0 Demo application.
- Step 2: Now, open UniMag Demo v5.0 application
- Step 3: Bring up the settings interface (depending on your mobile device, you may need to press and hold one of the panel buttons beside the home button e.g. 'back' button) and select Settings
- Step 4: Next, select Reload XML
- Step 5: Navigate through the folders to select the uploaded configuration file
- Step 6: You should see this message if you finish successfully
