First, send the C7-37 command to get the Data Encryption Enable flag (see steps in the screenshot below):

Then refer to the NEO IDG excerpt below for the response byte definition to determine if the MSR/MSD, CT, and CTLS encryption is enabled.

For example, the 02 in the Results window above shows bit 1 is on 1, which means MSR/MSD Data Encryption is enabled, and bit 0 is 0 which means the CT/CTLS is disabled.
