THE UNIMAG DEMO DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY SHUTTLE/UNIMAG II READER WHILE IT IS PLUGGED IN
First, check Shuttle (ID-80110010-XXX) - Home to make sure:
- your mobile device is listed in the Shuttle Compatibility list.
- If it is, simply reload the latest configuration file on the UniMag Demo application.
The UniMag Demo can be found in the app store by searching for ID TECH. Once installed, the directions below will help. You may want to read the following article first if you have not already read it:

TO RELOAD THE LATEST CONFIGURATION (XML) FILE
- Upload the latest configuration file onto your mobile device by
transferring the file from your computer to your mobile device through USB cable

OR emailing yourself the file and retrieving it from your mobile email client
- Open UniMag Demo and and select Settings from the menu interface
- Note: you may need to press and hold one of the panel buttons beside the home button to reveal the menu
