7.Notes for Failed Ethernet Test - TS172, VP5300, | [下午 01:54:14] IDCN_TEST_NEO20-陈立群: 以太网路 连测 这一项 ，我测试通不过 。 我看到你发的命令 ， 会给设备设置一个固定的IP ， 192.168.99.10. 这个IP是方便你们那边测试的吗？我这边通不过。 [下午 01:54:43] Goofy Liu: 喔, 這個測試要注意幾個地方 比較麻煩些 1.先確保你的 PC 只有啟用一個 Ethernet adapter. wifi 和 虛擬機器的 虛擬網卡 都要停用 2. 啟動 TS 時, 請用 "Run As Administrator" 權限 因為 TS 要去改 PC 的網路設定需要管理員權限 3.如果你的 PC 網卡有支持 cross-talk 或是網線 支持 cross-talk (Tx-Rx 跳線), 可以把 UUT 對接到 PC Ethernet 上... 如果都不支持, 就要網路交換器 (hub/switch). PC -- network hub/switch -- UUT 這三點就是需要注意的地方... 一般比較新的 PC Ethernet 都支持 auto cross-talk 的能力的 所以通常是TS 權限不足導致無法測試居多. |

10. QC and QC-US mode, NEO2.x, Legacy Version | goofy.liu updated There is a rule which has difference between TS QC mode and QC-US. The QC-US mode ALWAYS checks Data Key (DEK) for those customized units after Secure Room Data Key Injection in Cypress. The other one, QC mode, optionally checks Data Key per part number.. For Ex: 1.SPTP2-988-33-2C-0C, 1.1 No Data Key Injection, please use QC mode to verify DUT. 1.2 Cypress maybe perform Data Key Injection for rework process, please use QC-US mode. 2.SPTP2-988-33-2CD-0C, Demo Unit, has Data Key-Demo Version Injection, 2.1 QC mode checks DEK. 2.2 QC-US mode checks DEK. |
