SREDKey 2 starts to support multi-keys from V1.03.011 firmware hence the firmware can't be downgraded to an earlier version, otherwise, the key variant will change from Data to MAC which will cause decryption failure with the default Data key variant (TS-30394). The problem caused by FW downgrading can be corrected by upgrading the firmware back to V1.01.011 or above.

Missing the "2" in the STX "02" at the beginning of the MSR output in Notepad is the data output being too slow if the rest of the data is correct. Check the polling interval (52 14) and set it back to the default value (53 14 01 01) or reset the device via the "53 18" command (TS-36722)
