All Spectrum Pro tamper problem is similar to United Airline's. It is a hardware design issue (TS-18955)
There are 2 chips in the Spectrum Pro. Back LED flashing red means they can't communicate with each other. This is a firmware issue that has been fixed. Tamper unit's LED is solid yellow and red.
To pair SPTP with L100 in uDemo, send 76 38 cmd (entire cmd: 02 05 00 76 46 38 00 00 08 F4 03)
Host communicates with and injects the data key (TG3) to MAXQ, there is a internal MSR key that MAXQ uses to communicates with TM3, this key is loaded by the Production TS and can be re-loaded via cmd
Send 72 46 25 00 00 to poll the SPTP reader to get the key status
