1. Fix JIRA issue

UTK-39 : After updated F/W from ver. 030 (reader had admin/ data keys) to 033 -> sent cmd 81-02, admin key was become 02 (End of Life) status.

UTK-40 : After sent cmd 60-10 w/ specific tags DFEF52 & DFEE1A -> inserted card, reader can not read card.

Note : If downgrade FW before v1.02.030, need to re-inject initial DUKPT key again.

If update FW from v1.02.030 or older version, it needs to reboot device again after updating FW v1.02.035.

UTK-25 : Encryption ON, after sent cmd 60-10 -> fallback to MSR function -> waited until time out, reader returned TERMINATE notice instead of TIME OUT.
UTK-26 : Encryption ON, during CT transaction -> sent cmd 60-13, reader returned RX w/o tag DF4A (KSN).
UTK-27 : Encryption ON, after sent cmd 60-10 w/ tag DFEF1F (enabled Auto-Authenticate) -> inserted card, reader returned tag DF4C (Masked PAN) that had no data.
UTK-28 : Encryption ON, after sent cmd 60-10 w/ specific setting (not support FallBack) -> inserted card, reader terminated transaction but returned incorrect card type info..
UTK-30 : After completed MSR transaction w/ VISA MSD card -> sent cmd 04-09 -> sent cmd C7-3A, reader returned SorceID 02 w/ error status.
UTK-31 : After sent cmd 02-40 -> swiped card w/ abnormal method, transaction was terminated but reader returned tag DFEE25 w/ incorrect data "00 11" (MSR Success).
UTK-32 : After sent cmd 60-10 -> swiped card w/ abnormal method -> swiped card successfully, reader returned some tags w/ incorrect data (MSR FallBack info.).

UTK-13 : Terminal data was disappeared after sent cmd 60-06 w/ incorrect parameter.

UTK-1 : Reader can be set tag DFEF52 w/ data that out of range.
UTK-3 : After completed transaction once, sent cmd 60-10 -> fallback to MSR and then swiped card, reader returned strange data.
UTK-4 : Auto poll + Burst mode ON --> Swipe MSR card ---> Reader return incorrect value of "IC" byte
UTK-5 : Reader returns duplicate tag 9F39, FFEE01 and DFEE26 when get transaction result (03-00) or (03-40)
UTK-6 : Response of Get Transaction Result for IDTECH (03-40) miss tag DFEF4C and DFEF4D

UTK-11 : After fallback to MSR -> canceled cmd 60-10, reader tri-color LED was still flashing 'Amber'.
