1. Send 75 46 52 in NGA wrap via uDemo to retrieve and clear the Removal log, check manual for response format 2. When incorrect User Activation Password is being entered 3 times, the Pinpad will be suspended & inoperative for 3 mininutes. Please wait for 3 minutes for the unit to come out of the suspend mode 3. WHen get a PIN with MKSK over 120 times in an hour, the MKSK suspend happens and you'd need to wait for an hour for it the get out of the MKSK suspend mode.(both suspend are PCI security feature) 4. Error code 0100 means the Removal/Fix Log is full. When this occurs, unit only take the "75 46 52" cmd. The log can record up to 5 cycles of fix/removal with 2 logs for each. For each removal & fix cycle (See TS-18700) 5. LED status: Blink green LED indicates the user Activation passwords have been set (not the default anymore); Steady green LED indicates the K100 removal detection is activated with the User activation Passwords (TS-27486)
