1. VP3350 direct key injection uses the NGA key injection protocol (same as Augusta, MSII, VP5300, and most of the new IDTECH products), but the LCL-KEK for the SRED and non-SRED version VP3350 units are different.
2.  The part number of converter box to use with VP3350 key injection would be ID-80000001-012.

4. For iPad, the app should set “allow external accessory communication” option enabled, so the VP3350 can stay connected to the app.

5. When using the Android phone as the host device to collect payment via VP3350, turn off the NFC on the phone to prevent it from emitting NFC signals and interfering with the reader’s contactless function when the CTLS interface is opened for payment transactions. The option to turn off the NFC on the phone can be found under Settings -> Connected devices -> Connection preferences -> NFC. If you are not able to find it, go to "settings" and there is a search function on top where you can type in "NFC" to search for it.

6. To upgrade the firmware in our Android SDK Demo, the correct pk file needs to be renamed to the “IDT_PackageDownload_NEO2.pk“ and saved under the root folder of the Android device before running our demo.
