When opening the application, the system will establish a connection to the server housing the repository of log files. If the Tree view below is empty, it indicates that the server is not connected. Please troubleshoot according to the error window prompts, or manually log in to the server drive.  Network Drive : \\192.168.5.8\TS_Log\ ID: administrator Password: 16964727 P.S. As the connection is established to the company server. Therefore, connectivity is only available when using the company's internal network. |

After successfully connecting to the server, the system will automatically read the database (db) files to display the log status on the server. This database file is updated every day at midnight. Additionally, at noon each day, the local computer's log files are uploaded to the server. If you need to view the latest log files between these times, please choose to manually scan the files (as there are numerous files, it may take a considerable amount of time). The button for manual scanning is as shown in the figure below:  |
